There is parking for at least 70 cars. And there is also parking on the other side of the building for over 100 more cars depending on time of day.

General Rules
* Smoking is not allowed
* Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
* All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
* Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
* No events that are strictly parties – but art events and post-production cocktails totally fine.
* Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
* Please clean up after yourself - leave the space in the same condition as it was at the start of your booking. An additional cleaning fee will be charged otherwise.
* Bookings that run after 10:00 pm are priced at 1.5 times of day rate plus mandatory cleanup fee of $100-$150. Custom quote will be issued.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a camera by the front door and two in the warehouse that captures up to 30 seconds of video and audio when it detects motion.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the FIORIA Venue Services Agreement.

Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
The venue was perfect for my 50th birthday party. We used a third of the space to dance and had the chairs lined up on either side of the room. We had dinner catered and there was plenty of room for it. We were graciously allowed to use the refrigerator for drinks and a couple of charcuterie trays. The hosts were great. They were attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. I recommend this venue.

I hosted my wife’s 40th birthday here, and the energy, warmth, and beauty of this venue turned an important milestone into an unforgettable memory. The hosts are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They didn’t just provide me with a space; they provided us all with an experience. Every detail felt intentional. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the space was, and honestly, neither can we.
