All tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of the workshop unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited availability and advance planning required for each workshop:

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the workshop may be applied as a credit toward a future workshop or program within 24 months
  • Cancellations made within 45 days may be eligible for credit only if the reserved spot can be filled

If the spot cannot be filled, payments will be forfeited.

This policy applies to both in-studio and online workshops, excluding travel-based workshops, which follow a separate policy.

In-Studio Workshops & Educational Programs

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per person is required to reserve your space.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking and may be made by credit card or certified bank payment.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance upon booking their workshop.

Travel insurance can help protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or interruptions.

FIORIA is not responsible for any losses incurred due to cancellations, delays, or other travel-related issues. We encourage you to explore providers such as World Nomads or similar options to ensure you are fully covered.

FEES FOR CUSTOMIZED ITINERARY CHANGES
If you decide to cancel any component of your land reservation, there is no refund for the unused services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Travel workshops require significant advance planning and coordination. The following policies ensure clarity and fairness for all participants:

Days Prior Start of Travel Workshop and Tour Services Cancellation Charges
201 days or more is $1000 per person
200 - 181 days 25% of total travel workshop price
180 - 151 days 50% of total travel workshop price
150 - 121 days 75% of total travel workshop price
120 days or less 100% of total travel workshop price

Replacement Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant.
If a replacement is secured (either by you or by FIORIA), payments made may be transferred, less a $500 administrative change fee.
FIORIA will make reasonable efforts to contact waitlisted individuals, but cannot guarantee that your spot will be filled.
Due to the nature of international travel planning, replacements within a shorter timeframe are unlikely.

Liability & Participation
By participating in a FIORIA travel workshop, you acknowledge that travel and related activities involve inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the experience.

FIORIA is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or unforeseen events that may occur during travel or participation in workshop activities.

All participants will be required to sign a separate release of liability waiver prior to the workshop.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, and any health-related documentation.

Travel Workshops: Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

FIORIA offers a range of transformative experiences, including the Rising Phoenix Experience, Brand Authority Experience, and select workshops and travel programs.

Payment Options
We offer flexible payment options depending on the experience:

  • Pre-approved payment plans

All experiences must be paid in full on or before the day of your scheduled experience unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. (clarified timing)

Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. One reschedule is allowed if your original time can be filled. This retainer secures your scheduled time and allows our team to begin preparing for your experience, including planning, coordination, and pre-session work.

Because each FIORIA experience is reserved exclusively for you:
  • The retainer is non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, your retainer may be applied to a new date only if your original appointment time can be filled.
  • Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking.

If your reserved time cannot be filled, or if additional rescheduling is requested beyond the first change, a new retainer will be required to secure a future date.

For rescheduling requests made more than 45 days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate a new date.

For changes made within 45 days of your experience, rescheduling is more limited and dependent on availability and the ability to fill your original time.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will always do our best to work with you when possible. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

Brain Clarity Analysis & Brain-Based Tools
As part of select experiences, FIORIA may include a Brain Clarity Analysis and/or access to brain-based technology designed to measure and support cognitive function and mental performance.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • These tools are intended for informational and personal development purposes only
  • They are not medical diagnoses or treatments
  • Participation is voluntary

Client Participation
FIORIA experiences are interactive and require your presence, participation, and engagement. Results may vary based on individual openness and participation.

No Guarantees
While many clients experience meaningful personal and professional shifts, FIORIA does not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, or business outcomes.

Non-Therapeutic Services
FIORIA experiences are designed to support personal growth, identity transformation, and emotional well-being through visual and neuroscience-informed practices.

While many clients experience meaningful healing and lasting change, FIORIA services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or licensed psychological care.

Use of Images & Likeness
By participating in a FIORIA experience, you grant permission for FIORIA to use images, video, or testimonials for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Communication
By providing your contact information, you agree that FIORIA may communicate with you via email, phone, or text regarding your inquiry, experience, or related updates. You may opt out at any time.

Payments & Production
Once 50% or more of your investment has been received and a payment plan is in place, FIORIA may begin preparing and producing custom artwork associated with your experience.

All portrait artwork is processed and produced together to ensure consistency in quality.

All Sales Final
Due to the highly personalized nature of each experience and the custom artwork created, all sales are final.

If any product does not meet quality expectations, we will work with our printing partners to ensure it is corrected.

*If your artwork is being drop shipped to you, you must inspect it within 72 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues. Our printing partners require notification within this timeframe in order to remake any products.

Fulfillment Timeline
Professional retouching: approximately 7–10 business days
Artwork production: approximately 3–6 weeks following retouching

Clients will be notified when artwork is complete and ready for delivery or pickup.

Limitation of Liability
FIORIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any experience.

Promotions, Giveaways & Gift Certificates

From time to time, FIORIA may offer promotions, giveaways, or gift certificates.

Eligibility & Entry
Promotions and giveaways are open to individuals 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.
Entry must be completed through the method specified at the time of the promotion. Incomplete or late entries may not be accepted.
Winners will be notified by email, phone, or text.

Prize & Usage Terms
  • Prizes and gift certificates are intended for personal (non-commercial) use
  • They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
  • They may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • Promotional offers may not be applied to previously booked experiences unless explicitly approved by FIORIA
  • Expiration dates will be specified and must be honored

Communication & Marketing
By entering a promotion or giveaway, you agree to receive communication from FIORIA via email, phone, or text regarding your entry and future offers.
You may opt out of communications at any time.
For promotions conducted in partnership with other businesses, entrant information may be shared with those partners, and each may contact you independently.

Partner Promotions
For promotions conducted in collaboration with other businesses, entrant information may be shared with those partners. By entering, you consent to being contacted by each participating business.

Platform Disclaimer
Promotions or giveaways conducted through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to FIORIA and not to the platform provider.

Booking & Holding Fees
A non-refundable holding fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Failure to attend or complete your scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of both the promotional offer and any associated fees.
Rescheduling policies for promotional bookings follow FIORIA’s standard rescheduling policy unless otherwise stated.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and promotional vouchers must be used prior to their expiration date
They may be transferred to another individual but may not be redeemed for cash
Only one gift certificate or promotional voucher may be used per experience unless otherwise specified

Artistic Direction
FIORIA maintains full artistic direction over all sessions and final imagery. We reserve the right to guide the creative process in a way that aligns with our brand and quality standards.

Right to Refuse Service
FIORIA reserves the right to refuse service if necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for clients and staff.

Final Decisions
All decisions regarding promotions, giveaways, and winners are final.
