4 Steps to Great Couple Photos

Step 3: Use Hands to Accentuate the Story

I had Charisse rest her hand on her chest.  I think hands communicate TREMENDOUS emotion.  Hands embrace, they can cup your spouse’s face, they can tickle or squeeze.  In fact, try doing a photo shoot of a couple in love.  They don’t have to be engaged.  It’s the photo exercise of drawing out their subtle hand gestures that shows us a story of affection and produces fantastic couple photos.

You’re beautiful Charisse. I love that first shot of you laughing so hard. Makes me smile. Ah, who am I kidding? I love all of them. So sweet and the love between you is palpable.

@Me Ra…these are Beautiful! You captured such tender moments. This really proves the magic of the “Exaggerated” laughter trip. It was really fun & weird at the same time being on the other side of the camera with my family. Thanks for having us! It was so great meeting all the beautiful ladies there. Thank you all for the compliments! You are too kind. It was also great to see our Oakland Workshop cohorts Ajira & Judith with there lovely families as well.
