A collection of transformation, identity, and the stories that shape who we become.
THE BOOK of BECOMING
a living collection
Families come in all shapes and sizes, large family photos may seem intimidating, but I say “the more the merrier!”
When a family books a Mini Session with me, Genie emails them a bunch of questions to better prepare me for the shoot. If we only have 30 minutes together, I want EVERY minute to count. One question is “How many people are in your family?” This mom, from southern CA, answered back and said…TEN! Genie was like, “ummm Me Ra, this is a BIG family. I think the mom just said there are TEN in her family.” Large family photos?!? I said “BRING IT ON!!! HOW FUN!!!”
Needless to say, there was nothing “mini” about this shoot, and what a BLAST I had with them!
Doesn’t this look like the most fun family ever?!! I mean seriously, they look like they walked out of an Anthropologie catalog!
