Say hello to our new trainer, Troy!

Scary huh!! 🙂 After fifteen minutes of working out with this guy, you feel like you are going to throw up!
I had this great idea to sign Brian and I up with a personal trainer. Tons of people said Troy was the best. As you can see below, I was super excited!

This is Brian after Troy was done with our Cross Fit session. Let’s just say Brian isn’t as excited.
Pray for Brian. It’s twice a week training for him. (I’m just doing it once a week. :))

Jeramy,
Thanks for the encouragement. Though I’m afraid the next time you see me “Turn around,” you won’t recognize me. 🙁

That is great..Mera looks way more enthused than Brian. I think I need a Troy to whip me into shape. There is no way to say no to a face like that!

Omg, Im laughing so hard at all the comments — soooo funny!
I actually forgot to add- I’ve been suffering 5x/week. Im doing 30 mins of HORRIBLY HARD kickboxing daily and although I too feel like I might throw up afterwards……… wait, no – there’s no ‘although’, I just simply feel like I might throw up afterwards.

I love my personal trainer, and somedays I feel like Brian looks in those pics, sometimes I must look like that too, especially days that my trainer is extra hard on me. LOL!

I have a small group of church friends that does Cross Fit in the mornings. They kick my behind every time. Always pushing me to do more. And I have to admit I HAVE puked on a couple different occasions. I’m a natural runner so the whole strength thing is hard for me to get used to. The funny part is that I’m waddling around the next day, or having to go down my stairs backwards because I hurt so bad. I have to keep telling myself “this IS worth it”…keep up the awesome work!!!
