One More Texas Baby Shoot for 2011!

Me Ra Koh

*Washington readers, tune in today at 11am to King 5’s Morning Show, New Day,! I’ll be giving you more photo tips for the holidays!*

When Brian and I did our Dallas CONFIDENCE Workshop in November, I had the honor of doing three wonderful Mini Session shoots back to back.  You met Kelli’s family last week

and yesterday, you got to meet Court’s cuties.

Today, I want to introduce you to the third family.  All three of these Minis were done in under two hours, and I love the challenge of capturing how dynamic each family is–how different their personalities are–how unique this current season of life is for their family story.

Meet the Webb family who found me through The Nate Berkus Show.

I’m telling you, this little pumpkin was so darling, so squeezable!  Look at that little frown!  Don’t you want to squeeze her right this minute!

And wow, daddy knows how to light up her face!  Mama is beautiful and simply shines through and through.

We did an outfit and bow change on baby Avery.  I couldn’t resist putting her in front of the roses.

But my favorite moment was when we put her two favorite stuffed animals on either side of her.  She was so surprised and excited!  She didn’t know what to do!

This is always a good option when you don’t know how what to do. 🙂

And one more favorite!  Look at her walking on her tip toes!

Promise, last one! Couldn’t resist!

I can almost hear Avery giggling in this photo with her daddy!

Alyssa, thank you so much for the honor of capturing your precious Avery.  She is soooo sweet!

I love this photo that you posted my FB page!  Look at her little tongue!  It was wonderful to work with you!!  I will also NEVER forget the hilarious first impression I gave you and your husband at the hotel! 🙂  It was so fun meeting you, laughing with you and doing your Mini shoot.  A BIG HUG to your mama for finding me on The Nate Berkus Show!  Keep an eye on your Inbox today!  All the rest of our shoot is coming to you!!

Beautiful pictures, as always! I never get tired of your photos!! I really love the one with the little girl standing on her tip toes…SO cute!

I was looking at this post this morning, but returned now to see the cute pictures again (and I was procrastinating, but that’s not important). Anyways, I decided to see if there was an online clip of you on the show you mentioned. There was and so I watched it. What lovely families and beautiful pictures. It still amazes me that you get such fabulous shots with your first and only shot when in front of a live audience. I know you have the ability and talent to do it, but still, every time I say to myself, “Holy cow, that’s a good picture” 🙂

  2. WOW!!!! It’s amazing how you captured Avery’s personality in each and every shot. This will be a gift that will keep on giving for our little family. I can’t even begin to tell you how lucky and blessed we feel to have had this opportunity. It was such a God thing that my mom was watching Nate and got us hooked on you only a few months before you arrived in Dallas. I would say that it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity but I’m hoping that won’t be the case and that my mom and I will be attending one of your workshops this year! Thank you a million times over!
