One of the most wonderful parts about working with a team of women, our CONFIDENCE Teachers, is how they are constantly lifting each other up. Allison Gallagher, one of our two Virginia teachers, has started a new feature on her blog where she does a Q&A with each teacher. One of her first teachers was a spotlight on the other Virginia teacher, Laura Swift. And here is what gets me, when she posted her blog about Laura, she was so excited and emailed me because women contacted her for more information on Laura’s workshops. She was EXCITED to help her fellow teacher in the same area versus being threatened by it. I LOVE this!
Lots of people have asked me if there is a “territorial” space given to our teachers to avoid competition, and they are surprised when I say no. I’m looking at their hearts more than territorial reach. And how can we go wrong with hearts like these?
Get to know Laura Swift in Allison’s wonderful interview with her!
One of my favorite parts of the interview is her answer for “What do you do to deal with creative blocks?”
You can also read more of Laura’s brave story  from our workshop training weekend!
(Allison, you are amazing. Thank you for sharing that heart of gold!)
Laura and Allison both have upcoming Spring Workshops for Mother’s Day! The EARLY BIRD 20% Discount starts Tuesday for our blog readers! Unless you get our newsletter! Then you already have it! 🙂

Allison, I think it’s amazing what women can do when we don’t compete and lift each other up instead. You two are such a BEAUTIFUL example of it!! I cherish and adore you both, and every student you have will know EXACTLY what I’m talking about!!
