We’ve got potential to give a lot today!! I’m so EXCITED to help refugees in a tangible way!
Not only did I get to meet one of my heroes, Franklin Graham, but I got to have lunch with the media team at Samaritan’s Purse. And let’s just say that I LOVE them! LOL! Next to me is Annesse, she’s their head Producer and SO TALENTED. Behind us is David …he looks like he’s in pain. LOL! He and a second David are the phenomenal photographers behind most of the amazing imagery you see online and in print. In fact, the other David was with us but the flooding had started in South Carolina, so he was given 45 minutes to pack up his camera gear and head there to bring awareness through his photography. The crazy, wild, goofy guy on the other side of Annesse was the reason I even ended up at Samaritan’s Purse. His name is Branden Harvey. An amazing guy and talented photographer. Check out his Instagram feed, it’s pretty incredible. He and I were both speakers at the conference that weekend, and he invited me to join him the next day to visit Samaritan’s Purse. I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of Branden on this blog because he’s basically become another little brother in my heart.
Thank you so much for giving today!!! You are all AWE-mazing!!! xoxo, m
