My little guy, Blaze, turned nine-years-old! (how is he already NINE!)
When I asked him what type of birthday he wanted, he gave me this look like “Do you really have to ask mom?”
Being that he is CRAZY about Legos, there was only one kind of party to have.
This is one of my favorite photos! Table of goodies is all set up, and Blaze is peaking through the sliding glass door–counting the minutes till his friends arrive!
Blaze asked me the day before, “Mama, guess who the most important person is at a birthday party?”
“The birthday boy?” I said. “Besides that,” he answered.
I was stumped. Then he smiled and said “The first friend to show up because that’s when the party can get started.” Gotta love it! 🙂
As you saw from yesterday, Disney has this new app for storytelling with photos. Disney asked me to try it out and see what I think. (The fact that they want to know my opinion is a HUGE honor!). But I’m having a ball with it! I turned Blaze’s birthday photos into it’s own Story. (And I’m already getting thank you’s from the grandparents. :))
