Photo Contests!

Last Day for Photo Contest–and the Scoop on the Prizes!

Me Ra Koh

The theme for June’s Photo Contest has been “Dads/Fatherhood”. Today is the last day to submit your photos of that loving, tender, crazy, wild and amazing dad. Or if you want to submit a detail photo expressing fatherhood, you can do that too! Click here for a couple samples ideas.

If you haven’t already, submit your photos to contest@fioria.us. The deadline is midnight tonight (Pacific Standard Time).

We’ll narrow down all the entries to five finalists. Then comes the fun part because YOU all get to vote!! One of the five will be the Grand Prize Winner and then we’ll pick two random voters to win something too. What’s a random voter? Let’s talk when we post the five finalists.

I’ve been going back and forth on Grand Prize idea. It has to be something cool and different because we’re talking about DADS here. Since the theme is centered around dads, what do you think about a $100 gift certificate to Home Depot? Maybe the dad in the photo will get to enjoy some of this prize too? Good idea?

We’ll announce the two Random Voters prizes later. But get your submissions in today! We do not send confirmation emails to people, but if you make sure to email the photo to contest@fioria.us you’ll be set. We’ve already recieved lots and lots! Keep em coming! And Happy Monday!!

I’m having such a hard time with this contest because hubby likes to hide from the camera! We’ll see if I can scrounge anything together tonight. 😉

The Home Depot gift card is such a nice idea. It’s a gift that everyone could use, you know? We actually asked people for Lowe’s gift cards for our wedding, since they don’t have a wedding registry. LOL!! Could you imagine?

    19 more weeks until Chicago… 😉

Cool prize – all dads would love that – and they SHOULD get some recognition – Eric and Kayden are my most used subjects and they’re both totally patient with me taking pics of them ALL THE TIME!

I have witnessed that sensible real estate agents almost everywhere are getting set to FSBO Promotion. They are realizing that it’s more than merely placing a sign post in the front place. It’s really pertaining to building interactions with these suppliers who at some point will become customers. So, when you give your time and energy to assisting these retailers go it alone – the “Law of Reciprocity” kicks in. Good blog post.

  9. I have noticed that over the course of constructing a relationship with real estate entrepreneurs, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate deal, a commission rate is paid. In the long run, FSBO sellers don’t “save” the payment. Rather, they struggle to win the commission simply by doing the agent’s task. In completing this task, they invest their money in addition to time to perform, as best they’re able to, the responsibilities of an representative. Those tasks include revealing the home by marketing, delivering the home to willing buyers, constructing a sense of buyer emergency in order to prompt an offer, preparing home inspections, taking on qualification check ups with the lender, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing.
