Holiday Family Photo Tips and Photo Recipe!

Me Ra Koh

COMPOSE:  I like to start with everyone looking at the camera because that is what kids expect to do, and this is the photo that grandparents love most for the holidays.  But once we have that done, one of my holiday family photo tips is that I have the kids sit close together and ask them to give each other hugs, tickles, and other little prompts to see how their personalities unfold.  Having my camera on Continuous Shooting Mode helps me capture every moment in this fun series!  This camera setting is the secret to holiday family photo tips for wild boys!

It starts innocent. 🙂

Gather the kids as Me Ra Koh gives you holiday family photo tips for success!

My DSLR Setting: Aperture was f/3.2, 1/320th of a second Shutter Speed and 25o ISO

  1. MeRa! These are amazing – I love them so much! I especially love the one of my two boys smiling together – the best photo of the two of them of their lives so far! It is amazing you captured that because they got wild and silly quick! Love the wild and silly ones you got of them, too. All of them are so good; I can’t wait to see the rest! Thank you so much – what an incredible experience!
