These ladies worked so hard to overcome their fears and break through their own glass ceilings! Shooting into the sun, metering on faces, and working with open shade were all new concepts for many of them.  It’s scary to try something new because you feel like you’re all thumbs.  But we are PROUD of each and every one of them!!
