THE BOOK of BECOMING

This couple was adorable!  They have a few kids which you’ll meet in a second.  But I wanted to take a moment to capture the two of them.  I think their wedding was the last time that they’d been photographed alone.  (the boys were playing just off to the side)  Here’s another tactic for outdoor family photo ideas in bright sun, find open shade from the trees.  I had them scoot their bottoms until the tree’s shade was even on both of their faces.  And then we shot away!
