Watch it Here! Segment 1 of 2 with The Nate Berkus Show!

Me Ra Koh

Thank you all so much for your incredible support of our premier on the Nate Berkus Show!Β  Yesterday was surreal, just SURREAL!Β  It was unforgettable for all of us!Β  We had a fun private, premier party last night.Β  My dad was even able to make it, and made a sweet toast.Β  And wow, so many friends and family showed up–some driving a couple hours to come!Β  Brian and I feel so loved and surrounded by all of your support and faith in us!Β  Words can’t express our thankfulness for you.

If you missed the Nate Berkus Show yesterday, here is one of the two segments they aired!Β  As soon as I get the second segment, I’ll post it up!Β  If you liked it yesterday, would you CLICK HERE and hit the “like it” button on Nate’s website?Β  That would mean the world!

I also wanted to give a special shout out to the Gig Harbor mom featured in this segment.Β  Her name is Heidi, and she got wrapped into all this from being a blog reader!Β  (Little do you know what perks are in store when you follow our blog!Β  I may just show up at your door with a camera crew!Β  :))

Heidi is shooting some AMAZING photos!Β  I’m so proud of her!Β  Brian and I are going to bring her to the San Antonio Workshop so she can get a full weekend of sinking into CONFIDENCE.Β  Love you Heidi, and squeeze those beautiful girls for me!

More, so much more, to come!!!Β  πŸ™‚

xoxo,

Me Ra

I don’t know if I have ever really left a comment here. I have been reading your blog for a long time. Just wanted to let you know that your blog and your DVD’s have TOTALLY changed me and the way I take pictures. I have learned more from you then I have learned anywhere else. Thank you for empowering me as a mom and giving me the courage to follow my heart! πŸ™‚

  9. I was so happy to catch it. The description about Photography lured me to tape the show on Tivo. It was great! You have such a great attitude and make it all so fun. I couldn’t wait to get my camera out!

  10. Roberta says:

I agree with Liz. I wasn’t able to be home when the show came on and was so sad about missing it. It was great seeing this segment. You did a fantastic job and you are such an encouragement to all women. And your DVDs are great!

  11. Delanae says:

  12. Ashley J says:

  13. Jennifer Flake says:

Yay! I was hoping to watch the segment on your blog!!! πŸ™‚

So really…did Heidi NOT know you were coming because if you showed up at MY door, I promise you I would not look good like she did! (barfed on t-shirt would be stinky too!) But I love the things you talked about…and the pointer for getting kids to do a fake laugh was great! Honestly it is stressful to me to photograph my own kids because it’s the getting them ready for a picture that stresses me OUT and then its trying to get 4 kids to not be looking too silly (finger up the nose and all that)….but maybe what I need to do is not look for a perfect shot and just have fun…and then I just might get the shot I am looking for. Truthfully…I just took pictures of all 4 kids together. I have had this on my mental “to do” list since my 3rd child was a newborn…and now my 4th is 4 months old and it feels SO good to finally have it done. But I was dreading it!

You are so cute! I am so glad you posted this. I haven’t been on the same schedule as the Nate show, so I missed it! What great tips you have! Can you please come to Chicago and spend a day with me? πŸ™‚
    Good luck to you!
    Blessings..
    Kara

  15. Leslie says:

I was the 100th to FB Like the clip on the Nate website! WooHoo!!! Way to go. Thanks for the continued inspiration. I’ve even finally jumped in and started my own business in my neck of the woods.

  16. Me Ra says:

Good for you Leslie! Woo-hoo! And of course you were 100! Of course you were! πŸ™‚

  17. Online Place
I have several questions. Can I ask below or perhaps is it much better I ask on email? Appreciate your time and effort. And something more thing, it’s difficult to read your website on tablets.

  18. Heidi Beard says:

I did a photo shoot with my girls a few days ago and took a walk down memory lane utilizing some tools that MeRa taught me when she showed up at my house over a year ago. I’m quite embarrassed that I did not see this blog post she did as a follow-up to her surprise arrival at my house. YES it was completely a surprise. My husband told me that he had clients coming over to look at trim work (he is a builder)…so to have MeRa walking up my driveway instead put me into shock. MeRa, my sincere apologies for not posting a comment on this post. In the thick of motherhood to four and home schooling I am not always able to read everything and I am disappointed that I missed this. Thank You SO MUCH for mentoring me, for San Antonio, for advice on many topics and your tender heart that let me in on your world. Much Love to Brian and the kids too. xoxo
