Two clues: Amazing women surround me, and lots of talk about blogging! (Carey, you can’t spill the beans! :))
I’ll try and post the answer later today if I can sneak away from my speaking sessions.
In the meantime, is my “Suffering with MeRa” gang still out there! I’m out of town, errrr–traveling while trying to stay committed to suffering! And I commit to all of you that I WILL NOT drink more than one glass of wine today at this event! AND I will pull my gym clothes out of my suitcase at least once–once, once! I can do it once! Right!!!
(I can do this–I can do this–I can do this! :))
How are we coming on the Five Steps to Prepping? Anyone have all five done yet?
Kim, I saw your post!! Good for you!! The eating past 7pm is a BIG one for me, but I can already tell how much better I feel in the morning! You go girl!!
And totally random, but I just came across this and had to share it. This was right after we got our Sony cameras in the mail and took a walk around the block to test them out. Ooooh! I could eat this little guy up! He makes my heart thump!
I can’t wait to read more about this workshop – it always makes me so jealous!! 😛 So far, I’ve gotten a journal and found a scale.
Hi
Costco has a pink heart rate monitor for $29.99. The pink was important to my daughter.
Hi Mera – so far I have:
Jornal – Check
Scale – Check
Tape Measurer – Check
Heart Rate Monitor – Bought last night – Check
Goals – Working on it now – I never knew this would be so time consuming but once you get started – you cant stop.
GNC has a tool you can buy to masure your body fat at home – They are $20. I went to get mine last night because I refuse to have a stranger at the gym pinch my fat – But they were sold out so I have to go back to another one tonight…
I spelt Journal wrong – Sorry
i’ve got a scale, tape measure and a journal. thank you Dorian for the tip on the heart rate monitor at costco, i’ll have to check that out.
i’m excited to read about everyones progress!
What a cutie!!! Saying how he makes your heart thump reminds me of how I feel about my son. That boy has me wrapped around his finger. What was the recipe on the shot?
I have no guess about where you are – even with the clues – looks beautiful though.
MeRa,
I am loving that you are at the Sonoma workshop!!!!!! (LOL)
I would LOVE to be there. Looks breathtaking! I would love to be at a vineyard and with a group of photographers learning, tasting the good wine, and working out by taking long sprints around the vineyards.
Your little Blaze is a sweetie and growing so much. I think the Sony cameras look like they take REALLY nice photos.
Oops, I meant the San Diego women’s workshop.
Ahhh! The jewel of San Diego – La Jolla! Do spill the beans… what are you doing at the premier La Valencia? Posh… ever so POSH!
P.S. The codes are getting harder to read!
That picture is so precious of Blaze! What a doll or would it be rude to call a 3 almost 4 year old, STUD? Hope you have a fantastic workshop in San Diego! It looks amazing! Thanks for the pat on the back and words of encouragement! WE CAN DO THIS! I really feel like a flip has been switched and I am so pumped to get strong! I seriously suffered through a 6am water aerobics class on Wednesday and will be back at the pool bright and early to do it again tomorrow. I am sore, but the right kind of sore (not pain… Praise GOD) and it feels so good! I gave myself the 7pm cut off, because I too struggle with late night munchies and tend to be an emotional eater. I am just really trying to face myself, be real and stop making up so many lame excuses! It really is liberating to become a victor verses a victim! Can I just say you ROCK and your inspiration continues to be limitless! Ohh and make sure your gym clothes don’t just make it out of your suitcase, get them on your body and make them “stink” up that lovely joint! Fresh New Fragrance by MeRa Koh….”Suffer!”
your photos are fab. love all the bloggy mommys learning new photo tips. always nice to see great photos floating around.
