Oh I love La Jolla and La Valencia…Such a beautiful place. Lucky Me Ra. I lived in San Diego and moved to back to Chicago in 1998. I miss the beauty of that town.
Oh, this day has been AMAZING!! I can’t wait to tell you what it is, but I’m going to wait until tonight b/c I want to show the photos too! All of you women will be blessed by this event. Changes, good changes, are happening in the industry!
It looks like cabo san lucas mexico to me but how about San Jose California? Anyway, where ever it is, I wish I was there!!! It’s cold at home Me Ra! ๐
ok, I think I have it figured out. Are you in San Diego for the Sony Mommy Blogger event? How cool would that be and how very exclusive. Of course, if I had to pick someone to be part of such an esteemed and select group, you’d be at the top of my list;-)
you’re at the sony mommy blogger event??? I saw this blog (http://www.myreadablefeast.com/) and she said youd be there… thats CRAZY EXCITING!!! I thought it was your san diego workshop – I cannot wait to read more – don’t leave anything out!!!!!

Hey – totally off the subject but I think I might have a great idea for the next photo contest… With Mothers and Fathers day coming up – why not have a photo contest capturing what reminds you of your Mother (for May) and Father (for June). Is it your mother cooking in the kitchen, knitting, playing the piano, playing with the kids?? and for fathers it could be Working on the car, building something, playing with the kids…. Anyways – I thought that would be a fun contest… Just an idea ๐
Have fun Me Ra….
I wanted to come by your blog personally and thank you SO much for these last two days. It was such a pleasure meeting you. Even though I was the “quiet/shy” one of the group. I really stood back and took it all in. I have learned so much just watching you, you have opened my eyes even wider to the world of photography.
Also, thank for taking the time to speak with my father. You totally rocked his world.
I second The Diva – you have inspired me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge, and a little bit of yourself with us.
It was so wonderful to meet you! You’re such an amazing, inspiring woman, and I think your story has helped so many women change their lives. Thank you for spending so much time with each of us. And your husband is hysterical! I’m so glad you “allowed” him to tag along and be your sidekick. You guys are awesome. Oh, and my kids were happy to see me walk through the door! I guess they DID notice mommy was gone. Haha!
Hey Me Ra, I’ve been taking photos like a mad woman with the new cameras we got at the Sony event. If you want to go take a look at them you can see them on flickr. Comment on some if you feel like it. Sorry for any bad shots of you that might be in there.
It was truly a pleasure meeting you, along with all the mommy bloggers. What an opportunity and treat it was for me to sit and listen in on your fantastic photography workshop. I can’t believe how much I learned in those 30 minutes. I hope we can stay in touch, and hopefully cross paths again in the near future. I love your spirit – take care and keep smiling!
