Workshops

San Diego Ladies, THANK YOU!!!!

Me Ra Koh

Brian and I got the most wonderful gift in the mail.

The San Diego workshop ladies, sent us a package with page upon page of thank you’s and feedback from our time together this last May.

Wow, this was so unexpected. Brian and I were overwhelmed to read some of the things you wrote. Thank you so much for sharing from your heart and letting Brian and I know how much the workshop not only impacted your love for photography but your own inner wells of creativity, femininity, and healing. Brian and I were speechless as we read all your beautiful comments.

And on top of all this, the San Diego ladies sent us a beautiful necklace. Well, they sent me the necklace–not Brian. 🙂 And I LOVE it!!

One of the mommy models in our workshop has her own jewelry business and made this herself. So beautiful. The necklace says “San Diego” through and through. This is a photo of her and her daughters. The amazing Carey of Barefoot Memories caught this beautiful shot, now she is also selling holzuhr wooden watches for those who were asking me the other day.

Every time we teach a workshop, Brian and I feel so blessed to make new lifetime friends. We see lives change, healing ushered, and creativity infused. The weekends together are truly divine times. Thank you for affirming this in all that you wrote to us. Seeing your names took me back down memory lane!

(all these San Diego workshop photos are from Carey’s fantastic blog!)

All this talk makes me excited for the Chicago and Seattle workshops. Who will we meet? What challenges will these women face? What freedom will they find? What things will we laugh about and cry about? I can’t wait. Brian is especially excited about the crying part! 🙂

Last thing, if you haven’t been able to register for the Truth or Dare 1 day conference, the registration is running! I’m going to end the whole day with a special event for women only. It’s called “More than Emotion: The Undercurrents of Feminine Wisdom”. Click the title to read all the details around this special session that is so close to my heart.

The whole day is crazy cheap! $39 per person. AND everyone gets a free PDF copy of Fast Track Photographer by Dane Sanders. Insane, huh!! Come join us! It’s going to be crazy fun!

Also, if you are interested in more details on the Seattle December Workshop, click here. For the next couple weeks, we are offering the Early Bird Discount. See all the good stuff by clicking away!

I also loved the workshop and the friendships that were made. Now all I am looking forward to is an “Advanced Workshop!” 🙂

I was so close to backing out of the workshop when my grandmother passed away a few days before, and although I missed the entire first day and had a ton of catching up to do, coming to the second half was the best decision I could have made. I learned so much about myself, and was able to overcome that fear and insecurity that was clouding my ability to enjoy what I am doing. Thank you a million times over.

I’m so excited to see some of you on Sept. 8th! And thank you for your sweet, sweet words. I have to say though that you are the real inspiration. You all came with such a hunger to learn and take some risks. It’s one thing to do this when your young, but it feels so much harder when you have a ton of responsiblity surrounding you. Yet, you all flew above those things and got to a place of giving to yourselves. To witness this was amazing. Thank you for allowing Brian and I the privledge to usher this time with you.

    Love you all so much!

Hi Me Ra and Brian! The workshop was such a blessing in so many ways. The teaching, inspiration, sharing, tears, laughs (which I have to Thank Brian the most for), you guys shared so much of yourselves with us which gave us the strength to share with you guys and each other. I know I have formed some beautiful friendships and you brought us together! So thank you again. So will you be returning again?!?! pleeeease!!

    Dear Me Ra and Brian,
Thank you in so many ways for making it possible for me to join you and the other gals in San Diego. So much has happened even since that wonderful weekend, but there is stuff that was started in my heart that I can’t wait to see come to fruition. Thank you for opening up a part of me that I’m not sure I would have opened on my own. I hope to see you both again sometime. LA would be a great place for a workshop…close to me! : )
God bless you both and the kiddos.
