I wrote this post for Babble today, and I’d love to know what you think. Many of you are familiar with the three simple tips (but if you aren’t, you can find them here!) because you actually saw me demonstrate them on The Nate Berkus Show two years ago. What I’d love to hear are your thoughts on what I wrote after the three simple shifts–the part about how we lean away from the camera versus lean in to it.
There is also a Disney Junior episode that I’m highlighting with this topic. You can see the video on Babble with the post. But you are my community, the ones I’ve been processing and walking this crazy journey out with for several years. Do you agree that it takes a mental, intentional, conscious shift to “lean in” to the camera? Do we lean back because we are focused on that one thing or things we don’t like about our body?
Watch Summer and I work together and see the whole post here…
Thanks for all your feedback whether you want to leave it in the comments or even email me (info_at_fioria.us).
I am ALWAYS learning from each of you!
