You ready for this b/c it’s time to unveil our most recent family photos. Yep, all four of us are in photos together! You ready for a good laugh to start your week?! 🙂
We wanted to work with a medium that truly captured our personalities–our inner selves. When we visited Disneyland a couple weeks ago, we found the perfect set up at the Star Wars store. It was impossible to pick only one shot so we had two done!
(Okay, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at these photos and just laughed! Doesn’t Blaze look like he’s sixteen!) But the second one image, oh man, that one is my FAVORITE!)
The photo below makes me want to pee my PANTS!! Have you ever seen Brian look so HOT! 🙂
The hair and little braid thing on Brian is all photo-shopped in, but doesn’t it look so FREAKING REAL! He looks like he really is Anakin Skywalker! The Star Wars store let us take a look at the real photos so we could mimic our facial expressions to what the characters looked like. And as you can see, all four of us took it serious. The kids especially crack me up! What is going on in their little brains? Brian says I look incredibly regal. 🙂

OMG!! That second picture is absolutely hilarious. You MUST blow that up to Poster size and frame it. I love it!
Now to think of some titles…
Last year for halloween we were all Star Wars characters. My husband was OBI-Won, I was Pricess Leia, and my son was Comander Cody. It was awesome!
We were thinking we may have to revive it this year, since I am pregnant I can be Padme and my husband Anakin and my son Luke. LOL Too funny! We are HUGE Star Wars geeks in my house. My husband will love these shots.

But I can only surmise that Brian must have insisted on the pic with the braid because of hair envy. I know he still feels a twinge of inferiority at the mere thought of The Hair, and that Star Wars Padawan braid was like a siren song… more like a gentle humming melody lulling him into an imaginary and temporary hope that he could possibly come close to the glory that is…
