Family Portraits of Love Event

Nominate a Family in Need for a Photo Session

Me Ra Koh

A number of our CONFIDENCE Teachers across the country have come together to offer Family Portrait Sessions this month to a few deserving families who can’t otherwise afford it.

This is in honor of the the Newton families that we all carry in our hearts.  I had to share this with you so you can pass it on to any people you know in the below cities.

As Jess, one of our CA teachers, blogged; “The Olivia Act…was started by a photographer. …Olivia’s family had pictures taken a short time before she was killed. Those pictures are precious and now priceless to them. Upon hearing this, this photographer was moved to give away a family photo shoot and has challenged other photographers to do the same.

Each of our teachers below are offering their own version of this in their cities.  Find the CONFIDENCE teacher nearest you below, and click on their names to get all the details.  I believe their deadlines for nominations are early next week.

Amy Rhodes, Las Vegas, Nevada

Tina Erdman, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Summie Roach, San Antonio, Texas

Laura Swift, Christiansburg, Virginia

Beth Wendland, Portland, Oregon

And even though this is a little different, remember when we did the Family Portraits of Love event for low income families?  Both of our Seattle CONFIDENCE Teachers, Tonya and Cheryl came to help.  It was even Tonya’s BIRTHDAY!

And then Cheryl (without me knowing until this week!) took the whole idea to Mexico and did it there during the holidays!  You have to read about it on her blog.

I am so honored to be a part of our teachers’ lives, and I’m reminded of this honor every day!  A number of them have their first workshops this month, and I’m so excited for you to learn from them and be inspired!   They all have hearts of gold.

May this special opportunity of free family portrait session reach all the families it’s meant to.  May this experience be a blessing to your family or someone you know.  I know our teachers will love on each family like nobody’s business!
