Airplane Never Gets Old
If you need to mix it up a bit because all else is failing, a game of Airplane never gets old. This is one of my favorite tricks to engage toddlers in photos. It takes them right out of their funk and into a barrel of giggles. I get to wrap dad into the moment too! It’s a win-win situation. I often “photo coach” dad to look up at his toddler and smile, even hold the airplane just below straightening his legs. And then I call out the toddler’s name. Or sometimes I have dad call his name because I love the photo of them both looking at each other. (This is a GREAT photo idea for Father’s Day!
