Meet Sara and Jeremy!  They are two of the most wonderful people on earth!

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day then with a wedding slideshow?!  Can I just say I cried as I made their slideshow last night.  So much emotion, years of friendship, family devotion…pure love…it’s moments like these that cause my heart to pause and take in all the beauty of life and relationships.

This was the most special event, and Brian and I are so honored to have captured it for Sara and Jeramy.

Brian and I met Sara over four years ago when we first went to SONY headquarters.  Sara was part of the team who talked with us about reaching women together.  Over the next couple years, I came to treasure Sara’s input, wisdom and big heart.  She is one of my biggest champions in empowering women.  Even after she left SONY, Sara continues to give us incredible advise and constant encouragement.  And through all this, she has become a dear, dear friend.  Shooting her wedding has been the biggest honor.

Their wedding was our first time to meet Jeremy.  Wow.  What an incredible guy.  His smile is so true, it reaches right to your heart and you can’t help but feel cherished.  To watch him adore Sara…what more can a photographer want to capture?

And one last note (but seriously important) to all of Sara and Jeremy’s friends!

You are hands-down the COOLEST group of people to vacation with!  We LOVED meeting ALL of YOU!!!  Brian and I feel like we left Costa Rica with 50 new friends!  Thank you for all the rich conversations and many laughs.  I can’t imagine a greater group of friends.  And we hope to see you ALL again!  In fact, we expect to be on the guest list for your next wedding since we are family now.  🙂

Happy Valentine’s Day!  Sara, may you know that you took my breath away on your wedding day.  You were stunning…the most beautiful bride.  May you watch your slideshow and see the beautiful spirit that lives inside you–shines through your smile and eyes.  By taking a chance on me and my vision–over four years ago–you have helped me reach and empower so many other women.  You will never know the impact, beautiful impact, you have had on my life and many other lives.  You bring endless joy to my life, and I treasure your friendship beyond words.  You are so loved Sara.

p.s.  There is a quick cameo appearance of Brian at the end (Jeremy, you are going to love it!).  He danced so hard after we were done shooting that between the humidity and heat, he actually changed his shirt THREE times. LOL!  That’s my Honey-Valentine for you!
