Clarity is Key!

Me Ra Koh

For the last two years, we’ve worked (or better said “busted our butts”) to find crystal clear Clarity for what our business goals are.  If someone asked us to define our business in 10 words, could we do that?  What about four words?  I’m proud to say “YES! We can!”  You will be seeing those four words on our website and blog header very soon!  I’m so excited!  Jeff Jochum, our long time friend and business advisor, has played a huge part in our ability to find clarity—not only find it but take our clarity and run!

Yesterday and today, I’m in LA speaking at Jeff’s first workshop (on this topic to wedding/portrait photographers).  Jeff and his business partner, Lawrence, are both pretty amazing guys. They have put several videos on their website, Startup-Strategy, for everyone to check out.  If you are considering or already have a wedding or portrait photography business, and you want to hear GROW, check out their videos.

Here is a great one regarding Authenticity in your business.

A BIG thank you to all the new friends I made yesterday. It was such a honor to be with you and share my story.  I know that choosing for the sake of finding clarity is hard, but it is worth it!  I can’t wait to see what you all do with your businesses in the next couple years!

Me Ra & Jeff, This is what I’ve been trying to put my finger on for years. There is something so nice about hearing Jeff say this. Why? I hate the super polished look. I love the original Charlie Brown Christmas Story. I remember hearing Charles Schulz say that they submitted it just flogged with imperfections. My heart sang. I agree whole heartedly and wonder if this is what I’ve been trying to tell my graphic designer. Perhaps. Pamela

  5. Amazing that two of the people that I ABSOLUTELY ADORED getting to know just happen to be on my right and my left in this image! Me Ra…our conversation over dinner made me feel so connected to you. I appreciate and value your openness and obvious compassion for others. It was truly a night that I will remember forever. I wish you ALL THE BEST in all of the incredible things happening for you. You are, no doubt, a deserving woman. XOXO~Dawn McCarthy
