10. Sun Flare

Sun flare is a type of magical light that gives you rings of color when you shoot into the sun.  Most of us grew up facing the sun for photos.  Remember all those photos we were squinting for?  Try putting your subjects with their back to the sun, but instead of blocking the sun with their body shoot into the sunlight.  You’ll love seeing how sun flare appears!  This technique works best at sunrise or sunset.
