Back to the Window

I also had the mom put her back to the window light.  I did this because I wanted mom to be in shadows and baby illuminated.  When I’m setting up a portrait, I LOVE to have the parents in shadows.  I feel like the emotion becomes that much richer and deeper versus everyone being fully lit.  Try having a parent face away from the window but have baby in the window light.
